Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to our store! We want to ensure you have a fantastic shopping experience. Since many of our products are highly customized or delicate art pieces, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If your item arrives *damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item*, we will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement or a refund.
* *Timeframe:* You must report the issue within *48 hours* of delivery.
* *Proof Required:* You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage/defect along with the shipping label to our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Customized & Personalized Items
Please note that products like *Customized Metal Frames, Personalized Portrait Names, and Made-to-Order LED Wall Art* are crafted specifically for you.
* We *cannot accept returns or offer refunds* on customized items for "change of mind" or customer errors (such as providing the wrong spelling or uploading a low-quality photo).
* Returns/Replacements for customized items are *only applicable* if the item arrives damaged or broken.
3. Return Shipping & Eligibility
For standard (non-customized) items eligible for return:
* The item must be *unused, unassembled, and in the same condition* that you received it.
* It must be in its *original packaging*.
* The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
If you placed an order via *Cash on Delivery (COD)* and are eligible for a refund:
* The refund *cannot* be processed back as cash through the courier.
* Instead, your refund will be transferred securely via *EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct Bank Transfer* once we verify the returned item.
* Please note that advance partial payments or token money paid for verifying COD orders are non-refundable if you refuse the order at your doorstep without a valid reason.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you a notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your provided bank account or mobile wallet within *3 to 5 business days*.
