Partial Payments: For high-value custom orders or premium metal frames, we may require an advance token payment or partial payment. Orders will not enter the manufacturing phase until this payment is confirmed.
Order Refusals: Refusing a verified COD order at your doorstep without a valid reason (e.g., transit damage) may result in your details being blacklisted from future purchases across our partner fulfillment networks.
